Since 1989 Assisted Home Health & Hospice has been an industry leader in exceeding quality of care standards. Assisted, together with a team of dedicated staff and healthcare professionals continually strive to achieve Home Care Elite status and CHAP certification. The rigorous standards of excellence and review process know as CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Partner) demonstrates our commitment to ensuring that each patient is provided the highest level of care.
