Since 1989 Assisted Home Health & Hospice has been an industry leader in exceeding quality of care standards. Assisted, together with a team of dedicated staff and healthcare professionals continually strive to achieve Home Care Elite status and CHAP certification. The rigorous standards of excellence and review process know as CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Partner) demonstrates our commitment to ensuring that each patient is provided the highest level of care. One way Assisted has continually given back to the community, to healthcare professionals and to the underserved for the last ten years has been through our 501c3 non-profit, Assisted Home Health & Hospice Foundation. 100% of all proceeds from the Foundation go directly back into the community to provide the underserved and medically dependent access to in-home health care as well as offer advanced educational training to affiliated healthcare providers.
