Assisted Home Health & Hospice Foundation is a non-profit (501(c)(3)) organization established to provide home health and hospice education to members of the community and financial assistance to qualifying home health and hospice patients. Assisted Health & Home Hospice Foundation relies on individual and corporate donations, memorial donations, grants, sponsorships and fundraising activities.
