This is a very overdue letter of appreciation to your agency for providing physical therapy services to my mother during the last months of 2012. On behalf of my mother, brothers, sister and I, we are truly grateful to have received the expert and compassionate services of Jill while my mother was recovering from a relapse of lymphoma. Jill was both professional and “warm & loving” to our mother under the most difficult of circumstances. My family would especially like to commend Jill’s very intuitive intervention with our mother. Jill had made many attempts to schedule appointments with my mother. My mother kept cancelling them or avoided making them altogether. Jill telephoned me to sound an alert. Because my sister and I live 3,000 miles away, it has been very difficult to get care for my mother. We asked Jill if she would please visit my mother ASAP. Jill found my mother very ill, confused and disoriented. She called me back with a report of her findings. Later that day, mother was diagnosed with pneumonia and hospitalized. Words can never express our gratitude to Jill for basically saving our mother’s life. Jill could have refused our request to visit our mother under these difficult circumstances, but didn’t.
